NOT INCLUDED: Yes, I know this is the Everything package, but unfortunately there are some things that are not included:

  1. Extra editions. This package is for one edition of your book. If there are other “Special editions” of your book, those would be quoted for separately.
  2. Box Sets. This package is for single books only.
  3. Bookmark Design.
  4. Actual printed elements. We’ll provide the files, but not the actual printed items.
  5. Interior Reformatting. We’re happy to make edits to the interior during the interior formatting process, but reformatting the entire book due to a new manuscript or replacing the manuscript after formatting has started will incur an additional reformatting fee.
  6. Anything that’s not mentioned above, unless we agree to it beforehand. But we’re reasonable.

We can get started with just your book’s title, the genre, a description and an idea of the key elements. That’s enough for us to kick-off your project with a creative director call to discuss your project. And we can do that BEFORE you commit to anything else.

What kinds of social media banners are included?
You’ll receive 8 custom-designed banners, sized for Instagram (feed + story), Facebook, and Twitter/X. If you’d prefer to target another platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Pinterest), we can tailor the sizes to suit your needs.
Anywhere you need visual impact: social posts, paid ads, cover reveals, newsletters, or even your Amazon Author Page. We deliver it in a format that works across all major platforms.
Yes. If your printer offers foil, embossing, spot UV, or other premium options, we’ll prepare the print files accordingly—no extra charge.
Three different first draft concepts. You choose one, and we’ll revise it endlessly until it’s perfect. That final design is then applied consistently across all formats and promo materials.
You don’t need one. Send us your rough draft or a few talking points—we’ll help shape it into a polished, genre-appropriate blurb that sells.

We don’t recommend it—it ensures your cover layout matches the final page count and print specs. But if you really don’t need it, that’s no problem. We can remove it and reduce the price by $300 from the fiction package, or $700 from the non-fiction package.

Yes. All files are delivered in web- and print-ready formats that work for Amazon, IngramSpark, BookFunnel, your website, your email list, and more.
We’ve built the package for maximum impact, but minor swaps can be discussed during your Creative Director call. In most cases, we can adjust elements to suit your specific needs.
Totally fine. We can split the project into phases as long as the agreed payment terms still apply.
Yes. You can either pay in three stages (50% to start, 25% after cover approval, 25% at final delivery) or spread the cost over 8 weekly payments.
You receive full, exclusive usage rights to the finished designs for your book and promotional materials (excluding branded merchandise). We handle all licensing of fonts and imagery on your behalf.
Yes—we offer discounted pricing for additional books in the same series or brand family. Just ask during your project briefing.

Sure. We’re happy to show examples of our cover designs, formatting, animated covers, A+ content, and social graphics. Check out our portfolio page.

First drafts are ready in 10 business days. From there, it depends on how many revisions you want, but most projects are completed within 3–5 weeks.

Fully ready. Your manuscript should be completely edited and finalized before we begin formatting. That includes line edits, proofreading, and any structural changes. Formatting is the last step in the process—once it’s laid out, you don’t want to be making changes. If you’re still editing, we recommend starting with the cover and briefing, and saving the formatting until your final draft is locked.  Reformatting the entire book due to a new manuscript or replacing the manuscript after formatting has started will incur an additional reformatting fee.

Fair question. If none of the three concepts land anywhere near your vision and we can’t get it right (or close) in the next round or two, you’ll get your deposit back. Full stop. We’d rather refund than force a design that doesn’t work.
Only if you’re looking to cut corners. If you want a cover that blends in, a blurb that sounds like everyone else’s, and graphics you have to beg your nephew to resize—this probably isn’t the package for you. But if you’re serious about launching with impact—whether it’s your first book or your fifteenth—we’ve built this to give your work the kind of polish that stands out in any crowd.
Nope. We’ll keep revising your chosen concept until it works. We won’t nickel-and-dime you, and we won’t make you feel bad for asking for tweaks.
Not at all. We provide everything in ready-to-use formats and clearly label what goes where. If you can upload a profile photo, you can launch with this package.

Then you’ll love our form. But if you do want a real human, we’ve got that too—starting with a Creative Director call where you can get your ideas out without typing a novel.

Yes. We archive your project files and can help with rebrands or updates months (or years) down the line.
Usually, yes. Most authors can claim professional book production costs. Ask your accountant—or that one friend who’s weirdly into spreadsheets.
